As a Portfolio Revenue Manager, take IHG Hotels & Resorts revenue strategy to the next level by driving commercial performance across a diverse portfolio of hotels. You'll not only shape pricing and inventory strategies but also influence wider business decisions and partner with senior stakeholders to optimise revenue across multiple markets. This is a position blends stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, and commercial acumen to maximise profitability at scale. Your day to day Act as the direct revenue leader for circa 8 hotels, holding daily, weekly, and monthly revenue generation calls with hotel teams. Drive long-term revenue growth strategies, ensuring alignment with broader commercial objectives. Partner with General Managers, Commercial Leaders, and Owners to shape revenue and pricing strategies. Provide in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform commercial decision-making. Manage a complex portfolio, balancing individual hotel needs with regional performance goals. Lead budget planning, financial reviews, and system performance enhancements. What we need from you 3+ years’ experience in Revenue Management, including leadership within multi-property environments Experience in revenue management systems (CONCERTO, RMS, or similar) Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and owners Proven ability to develop and execute strategic revenue initiatives Strong communication, decision-making, and influencing skills Fluency in German AND English language is essential for this role. Other European languages are highly advantageous.
