PORTFOLIO SPECIALIST

The Marketing Department seeks a Portfolio Specialist to provide support to the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing and to various key members from other Departments.

Assist department in carrying out various duties including but not limited to:

• Serve as the lead point of contact and central owner of the Goya product portfolio, maintaining organized records for over 2,500 SKUs
• Gather and validate all product content including:
• Pack and lifestyle images
• Product specs (size, weight, ingredients, nutritional info, etc.)
• Product claims and certifications
• Target consumer insights
• Top recipes and usage occasions
• Short, medium, and long-form marketing copy
• Ensure internal teams (Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, etc.) have access to the most up-to-date information and approved assets
• Maintain a well-structured product library
• Coordinate asset delivery with Omnipix and other asset management tools
• Validate information with R&D to ensure product claims and descriptions are accurate and approved
• Proactively identify and fill content gaps
• Support go-to-market and innovation initiatives with accurate portfolio data
• Build and maintain a system to update product info as packaging, claims, or formulas evolve

Knowledge and Skills:
The position requires a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, dedication to customer service and computer literacy. The candidate must be well organized, sensitive to handling confidential information, flexible and highly results and detail oriented and capable of effectively managing multiple tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor degree (BA) or equivalent from a four year college or technical school, or (3) three to (5) five year experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
