ABOUT INFINITY MENA

Infinity Constellation is expanding into the Middle East with the launch of Infinity MENA, a new regional holding company. Infinity builds and scales AI-driven businesses in essential service sectors, creating long-term compounding value. Infinity MENA will localize Infinity’s proven business models and launch new ventures that respond to regional opportunities.
We are seeking a Portfolio Tech Lead to drive the localization, technical launch, and scaling of multiple business units within Infinity MENA. This role is hands-on from day one: you’ll be coding in our stack (Python + TypeScript), leading a small team, and deploying AI automation systems. Over time, this position evolves into a portfolio-level technology leadership role overseeing technical direction across multiple Infinity MENA businesses.

EXPERIENCE

• 8–12+ years in software engineering and technical leadership, with a hands-on coding background.
• Strong experience in Python and TypeScript (Infinity’s core stack).
• Demonstrated expertise in AI automation, AI agents, and applied ML/LLM systems.
• Track record of launching or localizing products in multiple geographies (MENA experience preferred but not required).
• Prior experience in a portfolio/holding company, startup studio, or VC/PE-backed scaling environment is a plus.

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and scalable architecture.
• Practical knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, fine-tuning pipelines).
• Strong knowledge of MENA-specific technical considerations (localization, payments, regulatory environments).
• Ability to ship code today and build/scale teams tomorrow.
