we are looking both for Night Auditor and Front Office Clerk to join our seasonal team.

REQUIREMENTS

o Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, in big hotels with restaurant and strong accounting focus for at least 1-3 years , in italian companies would be considered a plus
o Fluent in English; is mandatory; French and or German are considered a plus
o Able to manage stressful situations
o Keen to problem solving
o Experience with accounting and facility management software
o Excellent math skillso An eye for detail
o Good problem-solving skills
o Strong customer service skills
o Ability to multitask
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Availability to work overnighto Being trustworthy, ambitious, high performer, dynamic and details oriented
o T-Shaped profiles are more than welcome

Responsibilities

o Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
o Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
o Process invoices and fiscal needs
o Reconcile accounts
o Balance the cash drawer and log receiptso Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
o Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
o Help prepare for forecasts and audits
o Be able to coordinate, prioritize and take decisions in case of need
o Maintain good relationships with guest and assisting them with their needs
o Maintaining and improving hotel standards
o Manage guest feedback and complaints and address them
o Communicate with other hotel’s departments in order to deliver high standard services
o Anticipate Daily needs and support colleagues in case of need.
