Child Advocacy and Protection Division
(CAPD) is seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Legal Support Manager (Legal Support Services Supervisor 1) in our Portland office. Innovative problem-solvers who can successfully manage workloads while providing excellent legal support in assistance of division Assistant Attorneys General and legal processes will excel in this position.
The successful candidate will serve as the Legal Support Manager of the Portland CAPD office, a part of the Northern Region Leadership Team, and will play an essential role in the division to provide legal services to
Oregon Department of Human Services Child Welfare Division
branches served out of the Portland office. In support of a positive work/life balance for the successful candidate, this position offers an opportunity for a hybrid work schedule (remote and in office work).
Our Mission
To provide quality and timely legal advice and effective court representation to the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) Child Welfare Division in order to protect children from abuse and neglect and to support families, allowing children to grow up in safe and stable environments.
