As a Portuguese customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Portuguese-speaking clients. This is a temporary, full-time position with the potential for long-term employment. Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from Portuguese-speaking customers and assist with inquiries, complaints, and requests - Handle customer concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction - Utilize company systems and resources to accurately and efficiently resolve customer issues - Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals - Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
