We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Content Moderator to join the team in Athens, Greece, with a paid relocation package. This role offers the chance to work in a vibrant city while ensuring user-generated content complies with community standards for the Portuguese-speaking audience. As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and positive online environment. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content in Portuguese to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Classify and evaluate content accurately based on established policies. Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams. Provide insights on content trends and user behavior to support moderation improvements. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance moderation processes. Stay current with company policies and moderation best practices. Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and consistency in applying guidelines. Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions clearly. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion. Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is an advantage. Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. No experience needed, but willingness to learn!
