Your Role As a Portuguese-speaking Customer Representative, you will: Provide excellent customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Use company systems and tools to provide accurate and efficient support. Collaborate with your team to maintain high-quality service standards. Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.
