As a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will assist with inquiries regarding banking services, account management, and general customer support, ensuring that clients receive a top-notch banking experience. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with account-related inquiries, transaction issues, and service requests. Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions. Clearly communicate information regarding banking products, services, and policies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues as necessary. Stay informed about changes in banking regulations and products to assist clients better. Fluency in Portuguese is essential; proficiency in English is also required. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in banking or financial services, is preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with banking software and customer support tools is advantageous.
