Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an opening for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Agent to work in Greece, complete with a paid relocation package. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant team and provide exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them navigate their inquiries and enhance their overall experience. Responsibilities Assist Portuguese-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their questions and concerns promptly. Provide detailed information about products and services, as well as support for order management and troubleshooting. Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction levels. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system for ongoing service improvement. Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to a positive work environment. Stay informed on product updates and promotions to provide the best possible information to clients. Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or retail sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools and working knowledge of standard office software. Willingness to relocate to Greece with financial support for the relocation process. A positive attitude and strong desire to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
