Stay thoroughly informed about client products, services, policies, and updates in order to provide accurate, up-to-date information to customers at all times. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance KPIs, including customer satisfaction scores, first-contact resolution rates, and average handling times. Uphold a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude in every customer engagement, reinforcing brand trust and loyalty. Native or fluent Portuguese language proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential for this role — all candidate applications must demonstrate a strong command of Portuguese. Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for on-site employment in Greece). Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or client-facing role within the Customer Support Services industry is highly advantageous.
