Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service in Portuguese, assisting clients with inquiries regarding financial products and services. Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, ensuring a positive experience throughout their interactions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues and escalate when necessary. Stay informed about relevant products, regulatory changes, and market trends to provide up-to-date information to customers. Engage in proactive communication with customers to ensure their needs are being met and foster strong relationships. Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance your knowledge of financial services and customer support techniques. Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector or related industries, is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset to manage customer inquiries effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage professionally with clients. Able to navigate multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
