Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support. Manage complaints effectively and strive to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Educate customers about product features and offers while providing comprehensive support throughout their purchase journeys. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. Maintain thorough knowledge of the automotive industry's products and services to provide accurate information. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for service evaluation. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot technical inquiries and offer effective solutions. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
