Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to their bank accounts, transactions, and financial products. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure a positive banking experience for clients. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of bank products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance. Document all customer interactions thoroughly and contribute to improving service processes. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and enhance service quality. Adhere to banking regulations and maintain confidentiality throughout customer interactions. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Understanding of banking regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
