Promote a positive customer experience by building relationships and demonstrating product expertise. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
