This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and enjoy providing excellent customer service. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Portuguese, helping them with inquiries regarding consumer electronics products and services. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to consumer electronics products, including specifications, troubleshooting, and warranty information via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese. Assist customers with order placements, returns, and modifications while ensuring a smooth customer experience. Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical support for electronic devices. Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system. Collaborate with technical support and product teams to relay customer feedback and enhance service delivery. Stay informed about new products, trends, and updates within the consumer electronics industry. Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the consumer electronics sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a passion for technology and customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor when resolving customer issues. Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and common computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
