This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and dedicated to providing exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking students and clients. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Assist users with inquiries related to online courses, educational resources, and technical support. Guide customers through the enrollment process and help them navigate the e-learning platform effectively. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s educational products and services to provide accurate information. Document customer interactions meticulously and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with educational teams to ensure the best possible experience for users. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or e-learning sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational technology is a plus. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A genuine passion for education and helping others succeed.
