This role offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic team that supports clients and stakeholders in one of the most critical sectors globally. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients in the Oil & Gas industry through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to services, account management, and product information. Support clients throughout their journey, from initial inquiries through to post-sale support. Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's services and industry regulations to provide accurate information. Document all customer interactions clearly and maintain detailed records for compliance and service improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and provide tailored solutions for clients. Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Experience in customer service, particularly in the Energy, Oil & Gas, or related industries is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. A keen interest in the energy sector and a willingness to learn about industry developments.
