This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about financial technology and providing exceptional customer support. In this position, you will assist customers with their inquiries, help navigate financial services, and ensure a seamless experience for clients. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to FinTech products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese. Assist clients with account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting issues efficiently. Provide support and information on various financial solutions, helping customers make informed decisions. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to track customer engagement. Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide effective assistance. Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the FinTech or financial industry. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in an easily understandable manner. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service technologies. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
