Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding IT products and services. Assist customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear guidance on product usage. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure proper follow-up and resolution. Stay informed about the latest developments in the IT industry to provide relevant information to clients. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, aiming for a satisfactory resolution. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the IT or technology sector. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Willingness to work flexible hours as required by business needs.
