Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Investment Platform based in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for finance and investments, who also thrive in a customer-focused environment. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist clients in navigating their investment inquiries while providing exceptional service in Portuguese. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to investment products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese. Provide detailed information on investment options, performance reports, and platform functionality. Assist clients with account setup, transaction processing, and any associated queries. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up. Collaborate with the investment team to address client-specific needs and concerns. Stay informed about market trends and investment strategies to provide relevant insights to clients. Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the finance or investment sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and online investment platforms is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
