Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Real Estate Platform in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about real estate and customer engagement while providing services in Portuguese. As a member of our team, you will assist clients in navigating the real estate market, helping them with inquiries about properties and services. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to property listings, real estate services, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese. Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and market trends to clients. Assist customers in scheduling viewings and understanding the buying or renting process. Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Work closely with real estate agents to facilitate a smooth customer experience. Stay informed about the Greek real estate market and regulatory changes to provide relevant assistance to clients. Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or property management sector. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
