You will provide support to users in Portuguese, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience on the platform. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries about the social media platform, including account support, features, and policies via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese. Assist users with troubleshooting issues and provide guidance on using various platform features effectively. Document and escalate complex issues to technical teams as needed. Educate users about safety practices, community guidelines, and platform updates. Collaborate with global teams to improve user experience and address feedback. Stay updated on platform developments and industry trends to deliver accurate information. Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or support roles, especially in social media, is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on empathy and user satisfaction. Ability to analyze problems and propose effective solutions. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and social media platforms. Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to different shifts as necessary.
