This position is perfect for dynamic individuals passionate about customer service and committed to helping clients navigate their inquiries regarding tobacco products and services in Portuguese. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to tobacco products and services via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese. Provide information on product features, availability, and promotions, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Assist customers in understanding the company's offerings and navigating any service-related issues. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting tobacco products to provide accurate information. Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the retail or tobacco industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with CRM software and general computer proficiency. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
