This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for customer service and are eager to provide quality support in Portuguese. As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries and ensure they receive a top-notch service experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to tobacco products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese. Provide information on product offerings, promotions, and regulatory matters as applicable. Assist customers with order placements, account management, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, experience in the tobacco or consumer goods industry is a bonus. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple inquiries. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
