Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within subscription-based services, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences. Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive customer-focused approach. Proficient in using computer systems and CRM applications.
