Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking enthusiastic Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Online Streaming Service, based in Greece. This remote position offers the opportunity to provide excellent support to customers, ensuring they enjoy a smooth and engaging streaming experience. Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service and helping customers resolve their inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese. Assist with account management, subscription issues, and content-related inquiries. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to streaming devices and platforms. Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service improvements. Keep updated on new content and platform features to provide accurate information to customers. Native or fluent Portuguese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the digital streaming or entertainment industry. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical inquiries effectively. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote work setting. Familiarity with CRM tools and general computer proficiency. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
