Your Role As a Portuguese Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their iRobot devices. Your technical knowledge combined with your customer service skills will help provide seamless support and enhance customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate support to Portuguese-speaking customers regarding iRobot products via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot technical issues, guide users through product features, and offer effective solutions. Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in CRM systems. Collaborate with technical and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Stay updated on iRobot product developments, software updates, and company policies. Participate in ongoing training to maintain high standards of customer service. Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is an advantage. Previous experience in technical support, ideally for consumer electronics or robotics products. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical information clearly. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Familiarity with CRM and support ticketing systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
