This unique role offers a fresh professional experience as it involves no calls, emails, or chats. Instead, you will engage with search engine evaluation tasks that contribute to improving the accuracy and relevance of search results for Portuguese-speaking users. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and analyze search engine results to ensure they meet quality standards and user intent. Provide feedback on search relevance, accuracy, and user satisfaction based on established guidelines. Identify issues and areas for improvement in search algorithms and report findings to the relevant teams. Perform regular testing of search features and functionalities to enhance user experience. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to search engine technology to provide informed recommendations. Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in online research, data analysis, or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy in evaluation tasks. Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision. Familiarity with search engines and understanding of SEO concepts is beneficial. Excellent analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
