Your Role As a Portuguese Speaking Support Specialist, your main focus will be to assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions across various communication channels. Your expertise will contribute to a positive customer journey and reinforce our reputation for outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat. Resolve issues related to products or services efficiently and accurately. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and problem resolution. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure thorough issue resolution. Stay informed about company offerings, policies, and updates to provide accurate information. Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and service quality. Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
