Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking dedicated Portuguese-Speaking Transportation Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients within the transportation industry, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This opportunity offers a rewarding environment to enhance your language skills and customer support experience in an international setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding transportation services and inquiries. Assist with bookings, scheduling, and resolving client issues across multiple communication platforms. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain information in the CRM system. Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and smooth transportation operations. Stay informed of transportation services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate guidance to customers. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to multi-task and resolve issues promptly in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and transportation systems is a plus. Detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to provide excellent service. Willingness to relocate to and work in Greece while adapting to a multicultural work environment.
