The POS OPs Manager is reporting to the Head of SP&O and is responsible for leading a team to plan and deploy channel sales programs and strategies in CEEI across all RTMs, Monobrand, Retail and Telco. You partner with central SP&O and Sales teams, and manage external vendor and agency partners across CEEI. You are responsible for ensuring that all executional aspects of Apple’s customer experience are consistently delivered according to plan and drive operational optimisation.
