Position Overview KURVPAY is seeking an ambitious and results-driven POS Sales Specialist (Outside Sales) to join our growing team. In this field-based role, you’ll be the face of KURVPAY — meeting with local business owners, building relationships, and introducing them to our advanced POS and payment processing solutions. You’ll have the freedom to manage your territory, set your schedule, and take ownership of your success while enjoying strong company support and unlimited earning potential. Key Responsibilities Prospect and engage local business owners to present KURVPAY’s POS and payment solutions. Conduct in-person product demonstrations tailored to each client’s business needs. Develop and maintain relationships with merchants, community partners, and referral sources. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and in-field marketing activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction. Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics. Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive offerings. Qualifications Proven track record in outside B2B sales, preferably in payment processing, POS, or technology solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong self-discipline, time management, and organizational abilities. Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse business owners. Comfortable working independently, managing a local territory, and generating your own leads. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned region.
