At JD Sports, our customer is at the heart of everything we do. As a Point-of-Sale (POS) Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing point-of-sale operations. Your mission is to lead by example and guide your point-of-sale team to provide JD Sports customers with a fast and efficient shopping experience, and a lasting positive connection to our brand.

As a POS Supervisor, you will also be responsible, however not limited to the following:

  • Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service to every customer, every time
  • Processing sales including refunds and exchanges as the lead POS operator
  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries via phone
  • Ensure compliance to all transactions and cash handling procedures
  • Support the management team by training & coaching POS team on process and customer service delivery
  • Support the store management team to achieve sales budget and targets.
