The Role: * The CN is accountable to and works under the general direction and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager/Team Leader and/or Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Consultant/Clinical Nurse Specialist and receives guidance and support from other senior experienced Registered Nurses and health professionals for initiating, implementing, and evaluating quality nursing care. You will need: * In collaboration with members of the healthcare team plan, implement and evaluate patient/client care. * Interact effectively with patients’/clients’ families and other health team members to facilitate the provision of optimum patient/client care. * Active involvement in maintaining and continually improving the quality of patient/client care. Details of appointment: * Fixed term, casual, position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible for approximately 24 months *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary: $80,524 to $109,175 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. * Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023. Access to the Grade 4 salary range $102,439- $109,175 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4 In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available: * Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type Salary Packaging: You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible. Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse (CN) is accountable to and works under the direction of senior staff to initiate, implement, and evaluate quality nursing care for patients.
