The team supports all aspects of recruitment, including advertising, selection, appointment, pre‑employment checks, job design, and talent acquisition. Recruitment Services is an evolving and innovative team, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to contemporary recruitment practices and attract a strong, sustainable health workforce. THE ROLE Coordinate and integrate an effective and efficient contemporary recruitment consultancy service that supports principles aligned to positive client and candidate experiences. Support initiating and progressing measurable recruitment activities across the recruitment lifecycle. YOU WILL NEED * A Stakeholder engagement and client service focus, with highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and nurture effective relationships with hiring managers, internal and external stakeholders, and candidates to deliver a positive client and candidate experience. * Proven capacity to contribute to the development and implementation of targeted recruitment initiatives, campaigns, and talent pools, including writing engaging advertising and promotional content and supporting the rollout of a contemporary recruitment service model focused on continuous improvement and efficiency. * Demonstrated ability to provide end‑to‑end recruitment support and practical, proactive advice to hiring managers on recruitment processes, policies, workforce establishment, position reviews, job design, and relevant legislation using recruitment management systems. * Experience using recruitment research and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, PageUp, People Central) to identify, attract, and build pools of suitably skilled candidates. DETAILS OF APPOINTMENT Multiple permanent full time, day worker positions, working 76 hours per fortnight. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies. SALARY $81,915 - $94,263 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
