It is a very busy unit with the successful applicant required to work within the multidisciplinary team. The Role: Direct patient care within the scope of practice of an enrolled nurse and under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse/midwife to achieve planned patient outcomes. You will need: * Sound Knowledge and skills in nursing care, Gastroenterology procedures and practices * Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team - excellent communication and organisation skills * previous experience in a day procedure environment would be preferred. Details of appointment: * Permanent, part time, day worker position, working up to 16 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon you can join us. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies. Salary: $73,109 to $80,524 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. * Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
