This leadership position plays a key role in managing branch station operations, supporting staff wellbeing, and ensuring high‑quality ambulance services across the region. Working closely with the Regional Leadership Team, you will provide operational leadership, manage resources and workloads, contribute to workforce development, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and the community. You will also maintain clinical capability and provide frontline support when required. This role is suited to someone who: * Is an experienced registered paramedic with strong leadership and operational management capability, * Thrives in leading people, managing resources, and competing priorities in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment, * Is committed to staff development, volunteer engagement, safety, and delivering high‑quality patient care. Details of appointment: Permanent, full time, shift worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary: $156,149 per annum + our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. * Salary range is in accordance with Ambulance Tasmania Agreement 2022 Salary Packaging: You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
