The centre is comprised of 18 residential aged care beds, 4 sub-acute beds and an urgent care centre. Our services work closely together to focus on delivering excellence in healthcare to achieve improved outcomes for our consumers, our workforce, and the Midlands community. The Role: Assist residents and patients with wide range of daily living activities including personal care and the leisure and lifestyle program. The role also includes documenting of both assessments and in resident's progress notes, and participation in training and development programs. You will need: * Completion or working towards an approved Certificate 111 or Level IV in Aged Care or equivalent. * Previous practical experience in providing personal care services to the frail and aged. Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application. Details of appointment: Multiple permanent part time, shift worker positions, working up to 30 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
