The team comprises the Parkside Receptionist, two Correspondence Clerks, and a Courier Driver. The Correspondence Clerk works closely with the Parkside Receptionist and may be required to provide leave coverage for the Receptionist, the other Correspondence Clerk, and the Courier Driver, who travels to Mersey Community Hospital and satellite primary health offices twice daily, Monday to Friday. THE ROLE The Correspondence Clerk is responsible for ensuring mail is delivered accurately, promptly, and with careful attention to detail. Travelling between multiple locations to deliver mail twice daily and distributing internal mail across all areas of the North West Regional Hospital. Operating hours are from 8:00 am to 4:06 pm, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required at times to provide leave cover. DETAILS OF APPOINTMENT Permanent, part time, day worker position, working 7.6 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed upon date. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary: $57,130 to $62,486 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. * Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
