The Team: The Kings Meadows Community Health Centre includes a diverse range of community services aimed at supporting individuals to optimise their health and remain living within the community. Collaboration and integration are key components of service delivery to optimise service efficiency and promote positive client outcomes.  The Role: * As part of the health care team, the occupant of this position will provide reception and administrative support services to the Kings Meadows Community Health Centre (CHC) and work with a diverse range of community services and staff * Assist in providing support to clients living in the community to optimise their health, wellbeing and independence * Work in a positive supportive environment which will support your ongoing professional development Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application. Details of appointment: * Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 1 June 2026. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
