This service is part of the Safe at Home service system, with a strong focus on the safety and well-being of victim survivors of family violence. The Role: * Work as a member of a professional team in the provision of services to adults affected by family violence as part of the multidisciplinary Family Violence Service established through the Government’s Safe at Home initiative. * Provide specialist services to adults affected by family violence in accordance with best practice principles and within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework. * Provide programs that incorporate multi-level assessments and interventions and address the needs of adults affected by family violence. Key Skills: * Assist adults to recover from their experience of family violence through the provision of information, assessment, counselling, referrals, group work, and other appropriate forms of therapeutic intervention. * Contribute to and participate in the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of programs and group sessions. * Provide information and support, referral and advice to clients and other service providers. Details of appointment: Permanent, part time shift worker, working 50 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. *Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary:  $73,834 to $111,364 per annum + our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. * Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No.2 of 2022 Salary Packaging: You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
