This position is responsible for the management and development of over 20 Occupational Therapy Service staff working across sub-acute and community sites. Your leadership is essential for maintaining excellence in patient outcomes and aligning services with the Department’s CARE values—Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. You will work closely with the Occupational Therapy leadership team and multi-disciplinary leads to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services. You will also represent occupational therapy in the wider health care setting and deputise for the Head of Department when required. You will need: * Extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist in Rehabilitation, Geriatric Evaluation and Management and / or Transition Care Programs. * A proven ability to lead, engage others and drive change. * A passion for staff well-being and development. DETAILS OF APPOINTMENT Permanent part time, day worker position, working 60.8 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon possible. *Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. SALARY $139,670 to $143,063 per annum pro rata.
