HOURS PER FORTNIGHT 73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.  DUTIES * Provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight to ensure the delivery of the SOE Report, including the implementation of appropriate quality assurance actions and review of project planning outputs and outcomes. * Manage resources and provide leadership within the work area to ensure that SOE Report is delivered on time and to a high standard. * Establish, maintain, and develop effective and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, being sensitive to their needs while delivering agreed project outcomes. * Lead stakeholder engagement and communication activities to support the delivery of the SOE Report. * Provide high level, advice to the Executive Commissioner, the chair of SOEAC and Commission on the SOE Report, including development of and input into strategic and operational plans. * Conduct investigations and analysis, in cooperation with others, to deliver the outputs for the SOE Report; including preparing any relevant briefs, submissions, reports and communications. * Represent the Commission in interdepartmental and intergovernmental forums. * Establish and provide strategic direction to reference and advisory groups as required.
