This role leads a team responsible for client endpoints, collaboration technologies, telephony, video conferencing, specialised operational equipment, and the Standard Operating Environment (SOE), ensuring services are secure, reliable, cost‑effective, and aligned to business and operational needs. The role also provides contract and vendor management oversight to ensure value for money, compliance, and continuity of client device services.
