Campbell Town Multi-Purpose Service: * Multipurpose facility with 24hr emergency care, 6 sub-acute beds, 20 Residential beds, Community Nursing, Community Transport, Home Help, Palliative care, Same day infusion clinic * Situated in the heart of Tasmania between Launceston and Hobart, within thriving heritage location of Campbell Town. * Family Friendly workplace that values work life balance, encourages and supports career enhancement and growth. The Role: Coordinate the provision of volunteers support service for the young and aged clients within the Campbell Town Health and Community Service (CTHCS) catchment area. 1. Manage the registration, orientation, training and induction program of the new volunteers. Liaise with community service manager for problem solving, monthly roster, meeting minutes and training requirements. 2. Provide ongoing support and direction for volunteers within the CTHCS. 3. In collaboration with other staff, identify additional volunteering opportunities and coordinate in the development of new volunteer initiatives in response. Promote volunteer services within CTHCS to the community and service providers. Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 pro rata per annum.
