Key responsibilities include: * Providing specialist advice and delivering high‑level services to ensure the efficient and optimal management of database technologies, as well as backup technologies and processes. * Researching, designing, installing, troubleshooting, optimising, maintaining, and supporting infrastructure, frameworks, and web‑delivered application platforms. * Selecting, optimising, maintaining, and leveraging storage and replication technologies at the system level to support both existing and new applications. This role is fundamental to the reliable delivery of essential systems used by the department and the public, including applications that support natural disaster response. HOURS PER FORTNIGHT 73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
