[https://publicstorage.dc2.pageuppeople.com/759/ProviderAsset/756e410f-6af3-4af6-ac4a-a65c7960e089.png] LOCATION Hobart PERIOD OF APPOINTMENT 12 months, fixed term, full time DUTIES * Provide executive leadership and management to the Community Fire Safety Division, Office of the Fire and Emergency Services Commissioner, Training Services and various strategic priorities to support the effective delivery of Government priorities.    * Develop, implement and monitor state-wide capability, strategies, policies and programs to deliver safe, efficient, and effective response to emergency incidents.  * Provide high level advice to the Fire and Emergency Servies Commissioner the Department Secretary, and other key senior Department Officers and the State Fire Commission on strategic and capability matters.  * Develop and foster collaborative whole of Department Police, Fire and Emergency Services working relationships and inter-agency partnerships with other emergency services and land management agencies. * Actively participate as a member of the Department’s Agency Executive Group, the Tasmania Fire Service executive leadership group and other relevant Department governance structures.
