Description

The Team: Join the North West Speech pathology team and be responsible for providing services to eligible adult patients in a variety of community settings. The Role: * Develop, provide, promote, and evaluate community-based speech pathology services for people residing in the North West of Tasmania in accordance with Primary Health policies, and the Home and Community Care (HACC) and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) guidelines. * Assess, diagnose, and manage communication, swallowing, and cognitive problems of clients with complex care needs in the community setting, including at North West District Hospitals and publicly funded Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs). Details of appointment: Permanent, part time, day worker position, working up to 38 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join our team. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary: $110,425 to $121,907 per annum (Pro rata).
