About the Role * Demonstrated understanding of contemporary workforce and recruitment trends, with proven experience leading change and driving continuous improvement to lift service performance, capability and consistency across a statewide function. * Highly developed strategic, conceptual and analytical skills, including the ability to set direction, assess risk and make sound decisions in a complex environment to deliver effective recruitment services and outcomes. * Proven leadership qualities, including the ability to lead and motivate staff, set clear expectations and service standards, and drive continuous improvement and change to improve service performance and outcomes. Details of appointment Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight.  *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies. Salary $139,470 to $148,863 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
